Drunken Tiger is a Korean hip hop artist which debuted in 1999 and has since released eight albums. In an era of packaged pop and repetitious ballads, Drunken Tiger debuted and reformed the Korean music industry with their unique hip-hop sound and realistic lyrics. Although the music and resistance to conform to mainstream music’s conventions initially made them one of the more controversial figures in Korea’s conservative media, Drunken Tiger is now seen as one of the most influential and central pioneers of Korea’s mainstream hip-hop scene.
After 2004, Drunken Tiger’s central figure was Korean American Tiger JK. Other members affiliated with Drunken Tiger are DJ Shine (left in 2005), Micki Eyes, DJ Jhig, and Roscoe Umali. In 2013, Drunken Tiger temporarily reformed to include Yoon MiRae (T) and Bizzy, the rebirth of their project group, MFBTY. However, the next Drunken Tiger project will be done under Tiger JK’s name solely.

JK and Lady T.. mad props to you and your young one.. and by the way there is nothing wrong with being black T.. be black and korean and proud girl sing it loud… Monster is the first song I heard after I heard and read the lyrics to lady T, song about her life growing up being mixed.. My husband and I saw her a long time ago on a Korean pop music interview and he said back then watch that girl she is going to be large.. I bet if any one is hating they just don’t understand. being from a race that seems to be hated for no other reason than the color of the skin.. look music is universal spread the word..

i heard micki eyez is a ceo of some fashion company, roscoe still has his contacts with JK but what happend to shine? why did he leave?
i really liked shine. He and JK brough hip hop to korea and now people think of JK when they hear DT. what happened to his name?
